WHAT WE BELIEVE
STAFF
TitheThis is the money given by people of the church for the ministry we do in the Orlando area. It is the general fund from which we make our budget and pay our bills. Tithe literally means 10% and is a principle established throughout the Bible as a standard of giving.Missions & OutreachThis is money given above the tithe for the purpose of sending missionaries all over the world and helping us reach out to the community around us.BuildingThis is money that helps us keep our equipment maintained. Eventually, South Creek would like to have its own building for worship. Money given to this will help us accomplish that goal.
Where does the money go?
While this form of giving can have advantages, we want each person who chooses this option to make sure they are giving in a spirit that is pleasing to the Lord. While there are several ways to give electronically, we strongly discourage the use of credit cards. Since we cannot distinguish online whether a card is being used for debit or credit, we will allow the use of both. Per IRS regulations, all funds given may be used for purposes other than specific designations.Online Giving for South Creek is managed by egive.
Online Giving
You may also give during our weekend service by putting cash or check in the envelopes provided at the Welcome table.
There are a number of giving categories at South Creek including tithe, outreach, and building funds. This money is given by the people of South Creek, and it allows us to do the work of ministry and pay our bills.
One of the greatest ways we can worship is by giving to the Lord. All donations are secure and tax deductible. Please print or save a copy for your records. If you have questions or need help with online giving, please contact us.

COME TOGETHER
The ScripturesThe entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. Therefore, we believe the Bible is without error.GodThere is one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the lost world. ManAll people are created in the image of God to have fellowship with him but became alienated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, people are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts. SalvationIt is the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, that provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin.Christian LivingAll Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature and be conformed to the image of Christ. The ChurchThe church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving him and by making him known to the lost world.
What We Believe
OUR HISTORY
South Creek Baptist Church is a new church in the South Orlando area which was started with help of Winter Haven Baptist Church in Winter Haven, FL. Robert and Rachele Hodges held the launch service in February 2009. Jay and Sarah Braymer joined them in June of that year. We are excited about starting South Creek in this community!

OUR HISTORY
It is never easy to visit a new church for the first time, so we want to be as helpful as we can to make your experience a good one. There is no dress code: a few people dress up, but most people choose to dress down and come casual. Come the way that you feel most comfortable. We want our worship to be a place where we can all be completely authentic with God and each other. There are classes for children birth through 5th grade. Even though we consider ourselves a very friendly and welcoming church, we know you may still feel a little uneasy when you visit for the first time. Call the church at 407.575.7966 if you have any other questions before you visit.
We are meeting at South Creek Middle School located on Wetherbee Road between Landstar and Boggy Creek. The school's address is 3801 Wetherbee Road, Orlando, FL 32824.We have one main Worship Service at 10:30 AM every Sunday.
Come early for doughnuts and coffee.Leave your children with our caring teachers.Sing along with great music.Hear relevant Bible teaching.Get to know some of our friendly people.
